Composition: Cefaclor

Therapeutic Class: 2nd Generation Cephalosporin-type antibiotic

Indication: Clofort is a broad-spectrum second generation cephalosporin- type antibiotic indicated in the treatment of
urinary tract infections, upper and lower respiratory tract infections, otitis media, skin and soft tissue infections.

Dosage Form:
– Capsule: 500mg – Blue and ash coloured capsule
Strength (Pack size):
– 500mg tabs (1 x15)

Dosage:
– 500mg: 500mg tid (5 – 10 days or as prescribed by
physician)
