| Delivery Time | We strive to deliver within 3 days from when your order has been successfully placed and paid for. There are a few exceptions. We are reliant on couriers to deliver our orders outside of main centres. Please allow for additional time for non-metropolitan and remote areas. | Take up to 3 business days max and same day from the day your parcel is handed over to DHL. An additional days might apply for delivery to outlying areas. | Ready for collection from your selected store the next business day. | Within 24-48hrs of successfully order placement or as per selected schedule time. |
| Delivery Hours | Depending on your delivery location, should a courier partner be delivering your order, the delivery will take place between 07:00am – 17:00pm on business days.
