Composition: Tadalafil
Therapeutic Class: Phosphodiesterase type 5 inhibitor
Indication: Talgentis is a phosphodiesterase type 5 (PDE-5) inhibitor indicated in the management of benign prostatic
hyperplasia (BPH), erectile dysfunction (ED) and pulmonary hypertension (PH)
Dosage Form: Tablets
Strengths (Pack size):
– 20mg (1 x 4)
– 5mg (3 x 10)
Dosage:
– BPH & ED – 5mg : once daily, duration as recommended by physician
– Pre-coital ED – 5mg, 10mg, 15mg or 20mg: not more than 1 tablet in 2 days. Take as and when needed or as
recommended by a physician
– Pulmonary Hypertension – 40mg: (two 20mg tablets) once daily
* Each dose may be taken with or without food.
Drink a lot of water over the period of use
